President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be travelling to Saint Lucia on June 28, 2025, for a week-long trip that includes both official engagements and personal vacation time.
during the official part of the visit, President Tinubu will address a joint session of Saint Lucia’s Parliament and Senate. the Saint Lucian government has also invited leaders from other nearby Caribbean countries members of the organisation of eastern carribean states OECS to join in discussions. they plan to talk about important topics like Education, Economics Development, Infrastructure facilities and strengthening ties between African and the Caribbean.
In a short term , the trip is all about building stronger international bold and relationships, while also giving the president a chance to rest and regain lost for the main time.
